Embroidered, Vinyl, and Printed Product

At Apparel Expressions we go to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and are of the highest quality.  We are however after all human and make mistakes and we feel it is how we handle our mistakes that will earn your trust.

Possible Reasons for Return

Due to the nature of custom embroidery and  print work,  we will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or more of the following occur:

     •The blank product is materially flawed (holes, tears, etc.), or the promotional product is damaged from the manufacturer.

     •You find the decoration quality (screen printing, embroidery, etc.) is not of a commercially acceptable level and this must be agreed upon mutually by both of us after proper communication has occurred between us.

     •The design on the products you received is markedly different than the final in person or online representation you approved for your design prior to us doing your project.

Notice About Colors

We are not responsible for variations between your design and the actual final ink or thread colors used. We do our best to provide you with visual samples during the pre-approval process of your design and do not guarantee 100% color matching of the original design.

Garment Sizing

Garment sizing can vary amongst manufacturers and styles. Size specifications are available on the website for the majority of items. If you need specific sizing information, you may request the supplier catalog specifications for sizing purposes or you may purchase a full-price sample of a specific item.  You can always contact us for any questions regarding sizing.  We are not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes.

Return Exceptions

•Items with Custom Embroidery or print are not returnable. Please choose sizes and colors correctly before adding customization to your order.

•Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return for Damaged/Incorrect Items

Return claims must be filed with us in person or by phone within 5 business days of receiving your order.   All defective material must be returned in order to receive credit or replacements.
